Suck It Up and Get Out

One of my main anxieties rears its ugly head when traveling.  Fear of the unknown.  An unknown city is particularly frightening.

Today, I was able to hide under the actual need for work to be done, and also sleep required to be on my game for rest of the week.  But here it is 4:37PM and I've eaten the last of my trail mix, had two drinks from the mini-bar, and all I've seen of London is this:

Time to suck it up and get out there.

Good Luck babe! I'm proud of you for getting out. Take some pix for me to see when you get home.

Even just wandering around the neighbourhood where your hotel is should be fun - hey, you're in London! London is a wonderful walking city, and I always felt perfectly comfortable everywhere I went there. The tube is easy to figure out too, so if you have time, you can easily check out some of the touristy places. All work and no play makes Wenderina a dull gal, so yes, get out there and take some photos!
